Overview:
Based in central Worcester, Worcester Trade Park comprises 28 units of steel construction with pitched roofs, brick elevations and painted concrete floors.
To date examples of work include:
replacing one third of the roofs
over cladding existing roofs
installing roller shutters
sandblasting, repointing and repainting
installing new safety and pedestrian lighting
advising on changes to upgrade energy performance
general maintenance e.g. installing replacement bollards
asbestos removal
installation of fire break walls (block and metal stud)
