This is a complete renovation of a dilapidated farmhouse and outbuildings in the Malvern Hills district of Worcestershire. The property needed complex structural work to the interior and ground floors and had to be underpinned. The rear elevation has been totally rebuilt. We incorporated new oak work to the interior of the building. The scope of works encompasses a gross internal area over 330 sq.m
Outside, groundworks include a new underground gas tank. We liaised extensively with conservation and heritage to meet planning criteria and demands.
